This is a thick silver snake chain necklace made from stainless steel which has closely fitting wavy plates to form a wide, smooth, flexible chain with a slight zigzag pattern (resembling a snake). A silver lobster clasp fastens the chain together at the center back, where it also has a short extension chain (made from regular-sized chain links and with a small, flat seashell charm hanging from the end), allowing each wearer to find their perfect length.
