Can I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed, as we process orders quickly. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
All sales at Seravynne are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us at support@seravynne.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the damage. We will do our best to help.

Is your jewellery waterproof?
Yes. All Seravynne pieces are made from tarnish-resistant, waterproof materials. You can wear them in the shower, while swimming, and during exercise.
Will my jewellery tarnish?
Our materials are specifically chosen to resist tarnishing. Following our Care Guide will help keep your pieces looking their best for as long as possible.

Personalised Items
How long do personalised orders take?
Personalised and engraved orders may take an additional 2–3 business days to produce before dispatch.
Can I return a personalised item?
No. Personalised and engraved items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
